GNATOLOGICAL FOLDER AND MAP OF ARTICULAR PAIN ACCORDING TO ROCABADO

The folder is composed in distinct sections and organized following a patient visit protocol according to the ROCABADO method, where it is possible to interact with the map of the 8 points of joint pain. The software is able to perform an automatic synthesis of correlations between pain points and compromised tissues.
(Available in FULL and ADV versions)

Muscular palpation

In the section of the palpation it is possible to record graphically on the main muscles of the head evoked pains and referred with the relative intensity according to the Rocabado method. Recording takes place by inserting a marker of different colors depending on the intensity and associating "post-It" for additional notes at each individual point. The visualization of the pain points inserted has a double vision: graphic and tabular for a more immediate interpretation. It also allows the recording of ligamentous laxity, the clinical examination of mandibular movements, the situation of facial muscles, etc. There is a free notes field.

Pain map

This section is the heart of the folder in which it is possible to record what is detected during palpation of the eight pain points defined by Rocabado and according to a technique he taught and set up. The insertion can be performed both on the image and in the table below, automatically producing the corresponding clinical meaning that is displayed in a special field notes in which the final diagnosis can be extended by the clinician.

Mandibular Dynamic Examination

In this section it is possible to insert the entities of the protrusive, right and left laterality and of the maximum opening as well as other clinical dynamic information on a specific graph. The program calculates the ratio between laterality and maximum opening for the functional evaluation.

X-rays and Traces

The folder also includes a section dedicated to the collection of radiographic examinations in the projections used in the Rocabado protocol.
TRACES
Section dedicated to the collection of the traces performed in the projections: LL, AP and transoral, axial
